I have started yoga to stay healthy.
I am a cancer survivor of 16 years and one thing I have learned is that you do not stress about the small stuff. Be thankful for each day and make sure you do something each day to appreciate your life. Take a walk, relax and read a book, play with your children, your grandchildren, tell the people you care about that you love them, stop and check out the beautiful sunset or sunrise, sleep in if you want to, sit outside on a warm summer day and just breathe in all the smells around you. In other words, appreciate life.
Exercising and eating healthy.
I take omega 3 supplements because they are powerful anti-oxidants.
Looking after me! Putting myself before my family in order to take care of them 🙂
