I am going to put my running shoes on and start walking again. I will be gentle and patient with myself as I have FMS, but I know I can do this. Start slow and build up.
Just bought a new cookbook and I’m trying to convert my fiancé to at least vegetarian! Wish me luck!
Since having some medical issues over the past few years I have become severely anxious and less motivated to be active. Every day I’m going to go out for a walk in a different direction and a little longer time. I’m going to try and conquer my anxiety and get some exercise at the same time.
My one thing is to stop smoking. I want to be able to enjoy being more active in life. Its only been couple of days .But I am going to stick with it so I can be around a lot longer. I have lost an Uncle and Brother to cancer and I don’t want to go down that road.
My #OneNewThing is to say yes to any opportunities that come my way for the next month!
I have started yoga to stay healthy.
I am a cancer survivor of 16 years and one thing I have learned is that you do not stress about the small stuff. Be thankful for each day and make sure you do something each day to appreciate your life. Take a walk, relax and read a book, play with your children, your grandchildren, tell the people you care about that you love them, stop and check out the beautiful sunset or sunrise, sleep in if you want to, sit outside on a warm summer day and just breathe in all the smells around you. In other words, appreciate life.
Exercising and eating healthy.
Skated for the first time in 5-6 years!
I’ve been doing a 30 day challenge to lose weight and eat more healthy
